Climatology

The Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) tries to show both short and longterm variabilities in global climate. Meteodats contribution to these studies is the snow measurement programme at the Waegital (Switzerland), a complete series of snow depth measurements and water equivalents since 1943. (Chart 1943-2011)
